A: We start with a free inspection and photo report. Localized leaks, a few missing shingles, or minor flashing issues usually mean repair. If the roof is near end-of-life, has widespread granule loss, soft decking, or over 25–30% damage, we recommend a replacement for long-term value.
Q: How long does a roofing job take and will it disrupt my day?
A: Most single-family shingle roofs take 1–2 days. Flat/commercial or complex roofs can take 2–5 days. We protect landscaping, keep a clean site, and provide daily updates. Weather delays are communicated immediately.
